How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, you can still request a change. Email us at info@getlumismile.com with your order number and details. We'll do our best to assist.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to accommodate any edits. Email us at info@lumismile.com as soon as possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We currently ship worldwide — and the best part? Shipping is completely free, no matter where you are.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are lovingly packed and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery takes about 10–12 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the move.
Why is there no update on my tracking information?
Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update once your order ships. Still no update? Just reach out — we’re happy to help and always here to assist.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Contact us at info@getlumismile.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is at your own expense.
Can I exchange a product?
Absolutely. To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the one you prefer.
Please note: return shipping is at your own expense.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you — and cover return shipping.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via encrypted, PCI-compliant systems with top-level fraud protection.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
